By downloading, accessing, or using the Circlo app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.
2. About Circlo
Circlo is a digital platform that [briefly describe what Circlo does, e.g. "helps users track circular economy habits, report issues, and access sustainability-related features."]
3. User Eligibility
To use Circlo, you must:
Be at least 16 years old (or meet the age required by your country’s laws)
Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use Circlo only for lawful purposes
Not misuse or interfere with the app
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the system
Respect the rights and privacy of other users
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content within Circlo (including UI, branding, text, images, and software) is owned by Circlo Srl or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
If you submit content (e.g. feedback, issue reports, uploaded files), you grant Circlo a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to improve services.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
By using Circlo, you agree to that policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Circlo is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or free from errors.
To the extent permitted by law, Circlo Srl is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in abusive or harmful behavior.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
11. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified via the app.
Your continued use of Circlo after changes means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Milan (or another applicable city).
