How do I log an action?

Actions can be logged by clicking on the “+” button or directly from a product page.

Each action logged will earn you Circlos for your conscious efforts. 

You can currently log the following actions: swapping, borrowing, lending, and gifting. Look out for more actions in the future (eyes emoji)

We’re all a bit nosy so you may choose if you want to share your action and make it visible within your inner circlo feed.

What do the actions mean?

Circlo aims to maximize the value of our closets. Clothes are made to be worn, loved, and lived in—not left to gather dust Actions represent your efforts to caring for your clothes and engaging with your closet.

You’re currently able to log the following actions

• Swapping

• Lending

• Borrowing

• Gifting

How do I manage requests? 

View your requests in your inbox and from there you’ll be able to accept or deny them. You’ll then have to exchange items in person and validate that the exchange has happened

How long do these actions last?

While gifting and swapping items are final, meaning the item will be transferred from one closet to another, borrowing and lending are temporary actions. 

Lending and borrowing periods are set by default to two weeks but can be modified from the app. Look out for the timeframe field in the recap screen before sending in the request, or directly in your messages.
